History:
Chopan in the Afghani language (Pashto) means 'Shepherd'. The signature dishes at 'Chopan Charcoal' are reminiscent of Hazaragi Cuisine, which refers to food of the Hazara people in central Afghanistan and Balochistan (Western Pakistan)
